Grade Notes
The Limited Edition comes with a Sound Collection CD. I would have preferred a full soundtrack with all of the songs from the DVD music videos, but it is nice nonetheless. There are also quite a few other goodies in the package. I like the postcards.

Video and Audio are strong, though on the english dub they went a little too far on the directionality. Some times it is just too muffled for my taste. The opening theme is catchy, the ending theme is not bad but a little slow.

Review
"It's deja vu all over again."

Once again, I sat on my couch with a silly grin on my face. The Please! creators seem to have a knack for doing that to me. I really loved Please Teacher, and although I thought it was excellently paced (and did not need to be longer), I still yearned for more.

Please Twins is certainly more of a lot of things. More of a spinoff than a sequel, it's more racy, more down to earth, more believable, and perhaps funnier than the original. Pretty good considering that Please Teacher was a tough act to follow.

The story takes place a year after the final events of Please Teacher. Maiku Kamishiro is an orphan with only a photograph to link him to his past. Desperate to find some connection to family, Maiku moved to the lakeside town after seeing the house from the photo on a news report. He moves into the house, ends up as a student at the school where Miss Kazami teaches, and begins building a life for himself.

About two months after moving in, a pretty girl named Miina Miyafuji shows up on his doorstep and presents the same picture he has had all his life. Could it be that she is the girl from the photograph? Before he has much time to ponder the situation, another girl, Karen Onodera, also arrives at the house carrying the same photo and claiming to be his relative. The problem is, there are only two children in the photo, and one of them is obviously male. One of the girls must be a relative, and the other a stranger. But which is which and who is who? Only a DNA test would tell, and that costs more money than any of them have.

Besides the photo, all three of them share the same color eyes ... bcacausianright blue, indicating a Caucasian parent. It's all very confusing, and grows more so for Karen and Miina as they begin to develop very un-sibling like feelings for Maiku. It's gong to be very interesting having all three of them live under one roof.

The introductory episodes to this series were very good. I was hooked shortly after the theme song, and the silly grin appeared not long after. There are several crossover characters from the first series. Miss Kazami is present of course, as is Marie. Ichigo Morino, the small girl from Please Teacher , is now the student body president. Her cunning is more apparent than ever. As for new characters, besides the tirad of Minna, Karen, and Maiku, we have Tsubaki Oribe, Maiku's voluptuous Sempi, who obviously has a crush on him, and Kousei Shimazaki, the guy that sits next to him in class, who also has a crush on him. This is going to get messy.

I like all of the main characters well enough, though Maiku is a bit stiff. Miina and Karen are polar opposites: Karen knocks, Mina Barges in; Miina is street-smart, Karen is naive ... I could go on and on.

As for raciness, wehras Please Teacher had hints of nudity, Please Twins has had a bath scene in every episode so far. The sexual innuendo is hard and fast, and most of the compromising scenes are very funny. There are also some great lines interlaced as we get in and out of one situation after another. The pacing is again very good, and I expect this to continue into the next few episodes. Its going to be very interesting seeing how this all shakes out, I'm looking forward to the next volume.
